What We Do

We believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. Our classes are open to all, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and experiences. Whether you’re looking to improve physical health, reduce stress, or simply connect with others in a supportive environment, our sessions are designed to meet the needs of every participant.

Adults

Yogability provides yoga on a donation basis to all adults (recommended donation £5 or what you can afford). All are welcome.

We run one to one sessions and outreach yoga programmes for adults with special needs/barriers to entry. Please get in touch for more information. If you have restrictions in movement, we recommend you get in touch so that we can direct you to the most suitable class.

Children

We provide free classes for children with special needs. We also provide one to one classes if needed.

If you think a one to one would benefit outside of regular children’s classes, please get in touch to discuss in more detail.

We have current classes in Bearsden and Caighalbert School, and formerly have had blocks of classes Isobel Mair school, St Clairs in Drumchapel, Robin House, as funding permits.

Adults with Disabilities & Carers

Free classes are provided for adults with special needs, of all ages abilities.

We understand the value of yoga for carers and therefore our classes are also free to unpaid carers.

Outreach

Yogability collaborates with various community organizations to offer accessible yoga sessions for all, currently we are working with NHS groups, PAMIS, the Allander Resource Centre, Yoker Community Campus and Rape Crisis Scotland.

We have formerly worked with the Hawkhead Centre (Sight Scotland) and the Jewish Day Centre
